We sell our beef by the cut or by the bundle. All beef is USDA-inspected, vacuum-sealed, and frozen at a local processor.
Ground Beef

Grass-fed, grain-finished beef priced per pound. My customers tell me it’s lean beef, more like ground chuck.
T-Bone steak (2 per package)

T-Bone steaks come 2 to a package. They are cut 1.5-inch thick.
Medium packages are approximately 3 pounds per package, or 24 ounces per steak.
Large packages are approximately 3.5 pounds per package, or 28 ounces per steak.
Chuck roast

Chuck roasts are well-marbled and tender. Small roasts are approximately 2.5 pounds. Medium are 3 pounds. Large are 3.5 pounds.
